CIFC manages the only low income housing cooperative in Western Connecticut: Beaver Street Apartments Cooperative (BSAC), a complex-based section 8 family development.

BSAC's housing waitlist is currently closed for new applications; upon opening it we will notify area service providers.

Beaver Street Apartments Cooperative (BSAC)

Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc. (CIFC) serves as the Managing Agent for the Beaver Street Apartments Cooperative, Inc. (BSAC) which is a 70-unit income-based housing cooperative located in downtown Danbury serving approximately 300 residents. CIFC is presently engaged in a comprehensive project of physical and administrative improvements for the Cooperative.
